Teams arrive: The Organizational Committee expects participants to arrive in the town of Primorsko after 12 noon. All delegates will be preliminary informed of the address of their hotel where a representative of the Festival will help them with the accommodation. The groups will start with dinner (individual arrangement with each group). Meeting of art  directors , group`s  officials with the organizers at 19.30 PM outside the Aquapark. At 8:00 PM the Technical Conference starts in the conference hall of the Primorsko Sports Center.  The Festival’s program and all technical matters will be discussed.

Breakfast, Rehearsal of the Festival’s official inauguration (for art directors, group’s officials and flag-holders with assisstants). For all the rest – free time. Lunch. Free time. Dinner. Preparation for the parade at 18.30 PM. Opening parade on the streets of  Primorsko (19.00-19.30). Official inauguration.  Official concert (All participants have presentation of  5 minutes). “Day of the Country” at 22.00 PM.

Breakfast, lunch and checking out by 10:30 AM. Groups depart. If the groups want to leave the hotel earlier, the lunch will be given out packed.
